Strawberry-Banana Smoothie

Albertsons It’s a Spring Thing, p. 20

1 medium banana, cut into chunks
1 cup frozen strawberries
¾ cup vanilla soymilk
2 tablespoons wheat germ
1 tablespoon honey
½ cup ice cubes

Combine all ingredients in blender. 

Alllll the things.


Blend to desired consistency.

WHRRRRMMMMMMM



Divide between two glasses.

Served up with some nice store-bought corn chowder and a store-bought sandwich.

My Rating: 4/5 "It's a smoothie! I adore smoothies, and the wheat germ in this one gives it some added substance. Hooray for smoothies in general and this one in particular!"
