Matt's been in the kitchen again, and he made something delicious! Here's the scoop on how to make his cute, fun Jello Shot Strawberries:
First, scoop out the inside of the strawberry. (Matt uses a tiny melon baller.) |
Gutless strawberries. |
Then make some Jello, adding alcohol (strawberry vodka in our case) as you stir. |
While the Jello is still liquid, pour a little into each strawberry. (Keep stirring! It sets quickly.) |
And then you have lil fruit Jello Shots! Served up all fancy here with a Coconut Pyramid. |
My Rating: 4/5 "It was so much fun to eat fresh fruit with a little boozy kick! It takes a minute to reconcile eating real fruit with artificial fruit flavoring inside, but it grows on you quickly. A really neato party idea!"
