uncooked long grain rice
1 tblsp
grated onion
1 tblsps
chopped green pepper
1 tsp
salt
Dash of
black pepper
1 pound
ground beef
1 can
tomato soup
½ cup
water
In a medium bowl mix together rice, onion, green pepper,
salt, black pepper, and ground beef.

| Doing this with your hands really is the easiest way. | 
Form into over-sized meatballs.
In a large skillet heat soup with water.
Add meatballs, cover, and cook on low about 50 minutes.

My Rating: 3/5 "The primary attraction here is the neat porcupine-ing trick these do while they're cooking. It's entertaining. But speaking purely for my own results these came out really dry, and I also had trouble because the tomato soup congealed and burned itself to the bottom of the pan. I guess when they say cook this on Low they mean Really Low."
