Zoe's Cool Pink Strawberry Soup



1 cup 100% orange juice
3 or 4 trimmed strawberries
Sugar (optional)
Plain or vanilla low-fat yogurt

For each serving, combine orange juice, strawberries and a spoonful of sugar, if needed, in the container of a blender. 

We don't need to stinkin' sugar!


Whirl on high until you have a thin puree. (Fruit that isn’t quite ripe enough will require a spoonful of sugar.) Pour into a shallow bowl and serve with a swirl of yogurt. 

I wasn't very good at the swirling bit with the yogurt, so what you see here is a bowl of soup with a big ol' dollop of vanilla yogurt in the middle.



My Rating: 4/5 "For all this is basically a less complicated smoothie (that you eat with a spoon), it's quite refreshing! It's a great blend of flavors and a unique way to eat them. Seriously - give it a whirl!"
