1 pound
boneless, skinless chicken breast tenderloins
½ cup ranch
dressing
2 cups finely
crushed tortilla chips
1 cup
shredded cheddar cheese
½ teaspoon
ground black pepper
Place chicken and dressing in a 1-gallon recloseable food
storage bag; seal. Toss to coat chicken.
In a shallow dish, combine remaining ingredients.

Remove
chicken tenders from dressing and coat with tortilla chips.

Place on a baking sheet that has been sprayed with cooking
spray. Spray top of chicken with additional cooking spray.
Bake in a preheated 425F oven 6-7 minutes. Turn chicken over
and continue baking 6-7 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 170F.

My Rating: 4/5 "I've never had anything quite like these. There's something Dorito-y about the overall flavor, except there's also cheese which makes things even tastier. Plus the coating makes for a satisfying crunch!
