One ounce is actually pretty generous on a tortilla this size. |
Sprinkle with Cheddar cheese.
Arrange spinach leaves and turkey over Cheddar cheese.

I got mesquite smoked turkey to jazz up the flavor a little. |
Roll up tortillas; trim ends.

Served with some Trader Joe's Carrot-Ginger Soup, some Walmart beans, and some Carrot in Sweet Vinegar. |
My Rating: 4/5 "Me and my ineffable sweet tooth were all about this. It's kind of like a Monte Cristo without the frying and with, you know, tortillas. Now, my husband was not a fan of this - too sweet for him, I think. But if you're into cream cheese and comforting textures, this is probably right up your alley."
