1 cup strawberry slices, blueberries,
blackberries or raspberries
½ cup fat-free yogurt, any flavor
¼ cup Grape-Nuts cereal
Layer half of the fruit, yogurt and cereal in a medium
glass.
Bottom layer: Raspberries. |
Repeat layers. Serve immediately.
Top layer: Blackberries! |
My Rating: 4/5 "This is a big ol' tasty parfait. I don't know why it says 'medium glass' because I could barely fit it in a pint glass. I'd never thought of putting anything other than granola in a parfait, so making this opened my mind to some fun possibilities!"
