4 green onions
1 can (4 oz.) green chiles, diced and
drained
2 medium tomatoes, chopped
Bottled hot pepper sauce, to taste
1 ½ cups shredded Monterey Jack cheese
1 ½ cups shredded cheddar cheese
1 Tbsp. butter
Tortilla chips
Just enough vegetables for you to congratulate yourself on shopping in the produce section.
Saute onions in butter. Stir in chiles and tomato. Add hot pepper sauce. Simmer uncovered. Stir in cheeses until melted.

My Rating: 3/5 "This really needed some kind of base, like cream cheese or something, to keep it together. Just melting cheese - especially if it's dusty pre-shredded cheese - just makes a stringy mess. I kept having to use my hands to keep it on the chips. Good flavor, but poor texture."
