4 tablespoons salted butter
1 teaspoon minced garlic
1 pound spaghetti noodles, cooked al dente
½ cup grated Parmesan cheese, divided
½ teaspoon ground black pepper
½ teaspoon salt
In a large saucepan or wok, melt butter and add minced garlic.

Cook 2 minutes. Add spaghetti noodles, ¼ cup Parmesan cheese, pepper,
and salt. Stir well to combine.

Divide into six serving bowls and top if remaining ¼
cup Parmesan cheese. Serve immediately.

My Rating: 4/5 "I've made something similar to this before but it used garlic powder instead of the minced stuff and let me tell you, the flavor is so much better with the minced stuff. Don't skimp on the salt and pepper, either, because they give the dish depth. I was quite happy with how pleasant this was - cheap and easy, too!"
