Vegetable Beef Soup


1 lb. beef cubes
1 cup beef broth
1 ½ cups chopped cabbage
1 ½ cups stewed tomatoes, undrained
1 ½ cups frozen, or canned corn
1 ½ cups frozen peas
1 ½ cups frozen green beans
1 ½ cups sliced carrots
¾ tsp. salt
¼-1/2 tsp. pepper

Combine all ingredients in slow cooker.

You look so lonely in there, little beefs.

There! Now you have friends.



Cover. Cook on Low 6-8 hours, or High 3-4 hours. 

Slow cooker soups: They all look kinda similar.

Served up with one of those amazing Trader Joe's Soft Pretzel Sticks. 


My Rating: 3/5 "I did not expect this to be this good. I think the beef is what really makes it memorable. I could have handled more spices/flavors, but at the same time it's happy in a nostalgic way. It's a very 'the folks didn't have a lot of time to cook so they threw the family dinner in the Crock-Pot' kind of taste. It's damn healthy, too!"
