Easy Chicken & Biscuits



1 can (10 ¾ oz.) condensed cream of broccoli soup
1 can (10 ¾ oz.) condensed cream of potato soup
2/3 cup milk
½ tsp. poultry seasoning
1/8 tsp. ground black pepper
2 cups frozen mixed vegetables
2 cups cubed cooked chicken or turkey
1 pkg. (7.5 oz.) refrigerated biscuits

Stir soups, milk, poultry seasoning, black pepper, vegetables and chicken in 2-qt. shallow baking dish.

Rather than buying a bag of frozen mixed veggies I used frozen corn and frozen peas I already had. They were great together!


Bake at 400F 20 min. or until chicken mixture is hot and bubbling. Stir chicken mixture. Top with biscuits.

Bake 15 min. or until biscuits are golden brown.

Served with a nice simple salad.



My Rating: 4/5 "This was GOOD! For something made with canned soup this was REALLY good! It's like a pot pie, but with a thick flaky crust on top instead of all around. You might want to try a little more seasoning, but it's pleasant as-is. In short, a great little comfort food."
