Sun Dried Tomato Blue Cheese Dressing

Dole

¾ cup bottled blue cheese dressing

1 Tbsp. chopped parsley

1 Tbsp. chopped oil-packed sun dried tomatoes

Ground black pepper, to taste

Attractive stuff!


Whisk together all ingredients until blended. 

Slightly less attractive stuff!


Toss with lettuce blend to coat, as desired. Refrigerate any remaining dressing.

I actually served it as dip for veggies, as seen here with some Mango Cheesecake and an NBA Oreo. 

My Rating: 3/5 "I was super-excited about this because it was so simple but had fresh things in it. But you can't really taste the fresh things, is the problem. The tomatoes and parsley just get overwhelmed by the dressing. So if you like blue cheese you'll really like this, but that's because it just tastes like blue cheese."
