Spicy Nutmeg Carrots


2 tbsp. butter, melted
¼ tsp. ground nutmeg
¼ tsp. garlic salt
1/8 tsp. ground red pepper
16 oz. package baby carrots, cooked


Mix butter, nutmeg, garlic salt, and ground red pepper. Toss with baby carrots.

The store didn't have any baby carrots, so I had to dismember some adult ones.

Served, classy-like, with a hot dog. (Actually they went pretty well together.)

My Rating: 3/5 "It's better than carrots by themselves, but maybe not by much. Interesting spice blend, though, and if it were more potent I think I'd really enjoy it."
