oz.) can sweetened condensed milk
1/3 cup
lime juice
1
teaspoon finely grated lime peel
1 (8
oz.) container frozen whipped topping, thawed
Lemons
and limes, for garnish
Prepare cake mix according to package baking instructions.
Bake in a 13 x 9-inch pan according to baking instructions. Cool 10 minutes.
Poke a few dozen holes in cake with round handle of wooden
spoon, about 1-inch apart.

Stir sweetened condensed milk, lime juice and lime peel in
medium bowl. Pour slowly into holes and over top of cake. Chill 1 hour.
Spread whipped topping over top of cake. Garnish as desired.

My Rating: 4/5 "I adore lemon and lime things, ergo I thought this was awesome. Even though the poke-cake-ness didn't quite work out, I loved the tartness of the lime under the cool sweetness of the Cool Whip frosting. If you're looking for a summery treat, this fits the bill!"
