1 (8-oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 (4.5-oz.) can chopped green chilies
1 cup (4 oz.) shredded pepper jack cheese
Jalapeno peppers or green onions, sliced
Tortilla chips
Beast first three ingredients in medium bowl until
creamy.

Spread in microwave-safe pie plate.
Microwave on HIGH for 3 to 4 minutes until edges are
bubbly and center is hot.

Garnish with jalapeno peppers or green onions. Serve with
tortilla chips.
My Rating: 5/5 "This stuff is ADDICTIVE. I couldn't get enough of it. There's just the right balance of spicy and soothing creaminess in here. It was great with chips, and I spread the leftovers on corn tortillas and rolled them up - that was also delicious!"
