¾ cup ketchup
1 tbsp. lemon juice or vinegar
1 tbsp. prepared horseradish
½ tsp. Worcestershire sauce
4 drops hot sauce
Mix all ingredients and chill until ready to serve.
Served with some cocktail shrimp (right) and an excellent store-bought lobster bisque (center)! |
My Rating: 4/5 "I've always loved cocktail sauce, and now that I know what's in it I know why. I went the lemon juice route and I'd be curious to see how different it is with the vinegar. But they're not kidding that it's zesty - it's a beautifully tangy blend of flavors!"
