1 ½ cups uncooked medium
egg noodles
1 can cream of mushroom soup
½ cup milk
1 cup frozen mixed vegetables
2 cups cubed cooked chicken
¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
½ cup shredded Cheddar cheese
I used some of those pre-made chicken strips from the refrigerator section at Target. |
Cook noodles according to pkg. directions. Meanwhile,
heat oven to 400F. Stir soup, milk, vegetables, chicken, cooked noodles and
Parmesan cheese in 1 1/2 -qt. casserole.
Bake 25 min. or until vegetables are tender. Stir, then
sprinkle with cheddar cheese.
