½ tsp. paprika
½ tsp. brown sugar
¼ tsp. dried oregano
¼ tsp. garlic powder
¼ tsp. salt
¼ tsp. cumin
2 dashes cayenne
2 or 3 tilapia fillets
Tortillas
Cabbage
Avocado
Fresh lime
Make a seasoning blend using paprika, brown sugar, oregano, garlic powder, salt, cumin and cayenne.

Sprinkle evenly over both sides of fillets. Cook in skillet as directed.
I was sad Kessler's didn't have fresh tilapia, but frozen did the job too. |
Serve in tortillas with cabbage, avocado
and fresh lime.
