Meatloaf II

Best Choice

1 envelope onion soup mix

2 eggs

2 lbs. ground beef

¼ cup milk

¼ cup ketchup

In a large bowl, combine all ingredients and mix well.

Don't be afraid to get your hands dirty.


Shape beef mixture into shallow baking pan.

Bake at approximately 350F for about one hour.

Served with rice and veggies for some mid-century vibes.

My Rating: 4/5 "For all this was a very simple recipe it was still tasty. Even my picky-picky kid liked it, and so did my parents. I hate to say it, but maybe basic meatloaf is a classic."
