Easy Taco Soup

1 can (15 ounces) chili with beans and meat
1 can (15 ounces) whole kernel corn, with liquid
1 can (14 ½ ounces) diced tomatoes, with liquid
1 can (8 ounces) tomato sauce
1 can (15 ounces) black beans, with liquid
1 ½ to 3 tablespoons dry taco seasoning mix

Combine all ingredients in greased 3 ½ to 4 ½ quart slow cooker.

There's combining...

...and then there's COMBINING.

Cover and cook on low heat 6-8 hours.

Stay cozy, little soup.

Six hours later, it's been boiled.

Serve with quesadillas.

I ate it by itself, because I decided that beans, meat, and vegetables were hearty enough for one evening.

My Rating: 4/5 "Indeed, it's one of the easiest recipes I've made in a while: dump it all in, stir, and you've got soup. Six hours later. Nice flavor as well! It's not the zestiest taco soup, but for the lack of effort involved it's still damn tasty."
