Greek Layer Hummus Dip

14 oz prepared hummus

1 ½ cups crumbled feta cheese

1 cup chopped Kalamata olives

1 cup chopped fresh tomato, cherry

¼ cup chopped green onions

Spread hummus in 8 x 8 inch dish.

Evenly sprinkle with feta cheese.

Top with Kalamata olives, cherry tomatoes, and onions.

Serve with favorite crackers, chips, or fresh vegetables.

Served with some nice almond crackers.

My Rating: 4/5 "Fresh and happy. I had dip with crackers for lunch multiple days in a row and looked forward to it every time! I used a lemon hummus that I found at our local co-op, which added even more interesting flavor to the dip. Good stuff."
