Hot Spinach Dip

sift Holiday 2019, p. 14

1 package (10 ounces) frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained

1 cup (227g) mayonnaise

1 cup (100g) grated Parmesan cheese

1 cup (113g) shredded mozzarella cheese

½ cup (113g) sour cream

¼ teaspoon onion or garlic salt

¼ teaspoon ground black pepper

Dash of Tabasco or sriracha

¼ cup (13g) panko or bread crumbs

Preheat the oven to 350F.

Combine all the ingredients except the bread crumbs in a medium bowl.

Transfer to a buttered 1-quart casserole dish and smooth the top. Sprinkle the panko (or bread crumbs) over the dip and bake for 30 minutes, until bubbly.

Serve warm with breadsticks, crostini, chips, or pita breads.

My Rating: 4/5 "Soooooo cheesy. If you need a dairy fix this really fits the bill. If I made it again I'd add more hot sauce, because as-is you really can't taste it. Good on crackers or on a spoon if you're eating the last bits from the bowl."
