Crunchy PB&A Wraps

Better Homes and Gardens Smoothies & Healthy Snacks, p. 61

1/3 cup peanut butter

4 7- to 8-inch flour tortillas

1 cup chopped apple

¼ cup low-fat granola

Tortillas are always the beginning of something beautiful.


Spread peanut butter over tortillas. Sprinkle with apple and granola. 

The granola works really well here.


Tightly roll up tortillas. Cut in half.

Served with potato salad, because I'm pregnant and I was craving potato salad.

My Rating: 4/5 "Only four ingredients here, but they all add up to sweet, crunchy goodness. I was especially impressed with the texture element the granola brought to the combination. It wasn't as friendly for our picky toddler as we had hoped, but my partner and I gobbled it up!"
