inch) pastry shell, unbaked
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. In a large mixing bowl,
combine eggs, sugar, buttermilk, melted butter, flour, cinnamon and vanilla
extract; stir well.

Pour filling into pie shell. Bake 45 minutes or until set.
Cool on a wire rack.

My Rating: 4/5 "So, so yummy. It's a bit rich - veer toward small pieces. You could improve on my performance here by making your own pasty shell instead of using a frozen one. Regardless, this is a winner. And if you don't understand the name you should ask someone."
