3 oz half-and-half
1 ½ oz Irish cream liqueur
½ oz crème de menthe
Ground cinnamon, for garnish

Fill an old-fashioned glass halfway with ice. Combine
half-and-half, Irish cream liqueur and crème de menthe in an ice-filled shaker.
Shake until cold; strain into prepared glass. Dust with ground cinnamon.

My Rating: 4/5 "Pretty to look at and tasty to drink. It's a wonderful combination of things that are already delicious, but are even more delicious together. The title should tell you that it's meant to be a winter holiday sort of thing, but screw it. Good drinks are good drinks."
