Chocolate Raspberry Burritos

101Things to Do with a Tortilla, p. 112

2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips

2 cups fresh or frozen raspberries

8 medium flour tortillas

4 tablespoons butter, melted

4 tablespoons sugar

2 teaspoons cinnamon

Place ¼ cup chocolate chips and ¼ cup raspberries in the center of a tortilla.

Surprisingly delicate work!

No fresh or frozen raspberries to be had at Aldi except for in a frozen berry blend for smoothies.

Fold edges in and roll up to form a burrito. Bake seam-side down on a baking sheet 20 minutes at 425 degrees, or until light golden brown. Remove from heat and brush with melted butter; then sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon.

This one came out a little more tidy than the others.

My Rating: 4/5 "This are really tasty for all they're so simple. Literally my only complaint is that they were a little too crispy for my liking. I'd imagine if they were in the oven for a slightly shorter amount of time the consistency would be perfect. Other than that they're just fun and delicious! My husband couldn't stop eating them!"
