Onion Baked Chicken


3 lbs. chicken parts
1 Tbsp. oil
1 Tbsp. onion powder
1 ½ tsp. garlic salt
1 ½ tsp. Italian seasoning
½ tsp. paprika


Brush chicken parts with oil. Mix onion powder, garlic salt and Italian seasoning, and paprika. 

I used wings and drumsticks, which I think are some of the best "chicken parts" you can get.

Sprinkle evenly over chicken. 

Chicken spa day.

Bake in 375F preheated oven 45 minutes or until cooked through. 

Now that's some chicken!

Served up with some mac 'n' cheese from a box. It may not be the classiest dinner, but it's damn delicious.

My Rating: 4/5 "This was niiiiice. Get some nice meaty cuts of the bird and you can't go wrong with this. Useful if you're doing a high-protein thing, and also useful if you just like, you know, eating chicken."
