Tex Mex Corn Chowder

Kuner’s

1 (15 oz) can black beans, drained, rinsed

1 (15 oz) can sweet corn and peppers, drained

1 (14.75 oz) can cream style corn (do not drain)

1 (14.5 oz) can diced tomatoes with peppers and chili spices (do not drain)

1 cup chicken broth

1 tsp onion powder

½ tsp ground cumin

¼ tsp garlic powder

Salt and pepper to taste

In large saucepan, mix all ingredients. 

The spices in this are on point.


Bring to a boil over medium-high heat. Reduce heat; simmer 5 minutes.
