Frankfurters
Pickle relish
Bacon strips
Slit frankfurters lengthwise to about ¼ inch from each end; stuff with pickle relish and wrap each with a bacon strip, anchoring ends with toothpicks.

Broil over hot coals, turning once, till filling is hot an
bacon crisped. (Remember to remove toothpicks anchoring bacon.)

My Rating: 4/5 "I went into this more to be amused than to have quality food, but it ended up being pretty tasty. The relish adds punch. I used turkey bacon and it still added a delicious counterpoint of meats to the hot dog flavor. Quick and easy, too!"
