Artichoke Dip

Avera McKennan School of Radiology Cookbook 2010, p. 10

1 large can artichokes, drained and chopped

1 ½ C. shredded mozzarella cheese

1 C. grated Parmesan cheese

1 C. mayonnaise or Miracle Whip

3 to 4 chopped green onions

2 to 3 cloves garlic, grated or pressed

Mix all ingredients together, place in a glass pie pan or small casserole. 

Delicious gloop.

Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Serve with crackers or bread.

So rich and creamy!


My Rating: 4/5 "Everything you love about cheesy artichoke dip with just enough variety to make it interesting! I was a fan of using the green onions instead of spinach - there's a different zing to the dish that way. Get some crackers and go to town!"
