2 cups cubed, cooked chicken
1 (12 oz.) jar chicken gravy
2 cups cooked rice
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese, divided
2 cups frozen chopped broccoli, thawed
¼ tsp. garlic powder
Salt and pepper to taste
Preheat oven to 350F. Combine chicken, gravy, rice, ½ cup cheddar cheese, broccoli and garlic powder in medium bowl. Season with salt and pepper to taste and mix well.

Spread evenly in 8x8 baking dish. Top with
remaining ½ cup of cheddar cheese. Bake 25-30 minutes or until internal
temperature reaches 165F.

I used breaded popcorn chicken because it was cheaper and I can't even with grocery prices these days. |
My Rating: 3/5 "No fireworks or sparklers here, although the overall effect is pleasant. It's a convenient weeknight dish for sure."
