1/3 cup light process cream cheese with
garden vegetables
1 (1-ounce) slices white or whole wheat
bread
4 (3/4-ounce) slices fat-free sharp Cheddar
cheese
4 (3/4-ounce) slices fat-free mozzarella
cheese
1 tablespoon plus 1 teaspoon reduce-calorie
margarine, softened
Vegetable cooking spray
Spread cream cheese evenly over 4 bread slices. Top
with 1 slice each Cheddar and mozzarella cheese and remaining bread slices.

Spread margarine evenly over both sides of sandwiches. Place in a sandwich press or hot skillet coated with cooking spray. Cook until bread is lightly browned and cheese melts.

My Rating: 5/5 "This does a great job of balancing interesting flavors with the attractiveness of simplicity. All the cheeses melt together in a gooey, wonderful way. Plus putting shortening on the bread AND in the skillet? Buttery genius."
