Tuna Schooners

1 can (6 ounces) tuna packed in water, drained and flaked

½ cup finely chopped apple

¼ cup shredded carrot

1/3 cup ranch dressing

2 English muffins split and lightly toasted

8 triangular-shaped tortilla chips

Don't forget to save the tuna water for your resident connoisseurs.

Combine tuna, apple and carrot in medium bowl. Add dressing; mix well.

Evenly spread tuna mixture on top of each muffin half. Press 2 chips firmly into tuna mixture for sails.

Beep beep? Toot toot? I guess sailboats don't really make a noise.

My Rating: 3/5 "Honestly I thought the ranch was going to kill these but it really just kept things creamy and nice. There really wasn't much to write home about, though, except the shape. I'm always confused that recipe authors assume that making things into different shapes will persuade little kids to eat them - but if it works for their kids, well good for them."
