The restaurant is over there to the left - the white sign.
Fusion Bowl is in a strip mall, but it's positioned in a funky courtyard on the side of the building so you have to follow some signs to get there. That said, the courtyard gives the outside space a nice away-from-the-world vibe.

Not too crowded when we went, but it was also at like 7pm on a Sunday night.

The stone walls were super neat. And if you're a baby, the TV is super neat.
The decor in here creates an immersive atmosphere that we quite enjoyed. It has a dark hole-in-the-wall vibe, but the stone walls and floors make feel like it a classy hole. There's a variety of seating options, and even though the space is smallish I think it could sit quite a few folks they way they had things arranged. I think a lot of their business is delivery and takeout so the seating may not be a common concern.

True to its name, Fusion Bowl represents some different Asian cuisines. There's sashimi, sushi, ramen and udon, bento boxes, and all the stuff you'd expect to see on a standard American Chinese restaurant menu. They even have a takoyaki appetizer, which is not something I expected to see in a place hiding on the side of a strip mall. The breadth of the drink selections is really nice - different customizable fruit teas and boba teas and smoothies as well as soft drinks.

I didn't eat anything here I didn't enjoy. (And that's true of the things I've gotten delivered from them in the past as well.) The only quality issue here is that it's quite Americanized. The Chinese menu is a lot of breaded chicken in sauce and the sushi leans toward the "stuffed and covered" sorts of rolls. Above you'll see that my Philly roll was almost 50/50 salmon and cream cheese. Now for some folks, it's an awesome draw to get American comfort food vibes. For other folks, deep-fried sushi isn't so much of a magnetic pull. I think you just have to know what you're getting into and appreciate it for what it is.

They didn't offer kiddie chopsticks, but the regular ones proved to be entertaining.
They didn't have a kids' menu per se, which was honestly kid of nice because it forced my 4YO try something new if he actually wanted to eat food. He ended up being perfectly content with a side order of noodles and a strawberry smoothie. And if you're wondering if you'll get kicked out if your kids are being obnoxious, no worries there. Mine were being heckin' weird the whole time we were there and we did try to quiet them down we didn't feel judged or anything.
Would Eat Again? Green Light
I mean, they had me at "Fusion." My partner enjoyed that he could get Chinese food and sushi in the same meal. I'm always happy to eat anywhere with a long menu that lets me make fun choices. And since the kids had a good time too, we'll definitely be back!
