Cider Mint Cocktail

 Holiday Punches, p. 60

2 cups sweet cider

½ cup pineapple juice

½ cup orange juice

[Mint leaves]

Orrrrr one cup of pineapple-orange juice.


Combine all ingredients, strain and chill. 

There clearly wasn't enough of this to fill a pitcher, so I mixed it in this handy souvenir cup.


Serve in cocktail glasses and garnish each with a sprig of mint. May be used as a before-dinner appetizer.

(I'm not good at garnishes.) 

My Rating: 5/5 "I couldn't believe how amazing this tasted with only three ingredients. The whole was definitely greater than the sum of its flavor parts. Smooth and fruity and calming!"
