Banana Daiquiri

Hoi Hoi ke Aloha i Kauhale, p. 24

3 oz. light rum

3 tablespoons lemon juice

1 banana, cut into chunks

2 tablespoons sugar

Cracked ice

'Bout to run myself out of Captain Morgan over here.


Put rum, lemon juice, banana and sugar into blender container. 

I enjoy the moments of potential energy in recipes.


Blend on high speed for 30 seconds. Gradually add cracked ice, blending until drink is of slushy consistency.

Makes 2 drinks.

Served with some takeout hakka noodles. 


My Rating: 5/5 "I thought the lemon juice was in there just to keep the bananas from turning brown, but it cements all the flavors together wonderfully. Loved the slushy consistency as well. Cheers!"
