2 eggs
¼ cup milk
½ cup creamy peanut butter
1 family-size package fudge brownie mix
½ cup peanuts
Preheat oven to 350F. In mixing bowl, beat eggs until frothy. Add milk and peanut butter. Cream until smooth. Add brownie mix and peanuts.

Drop by teaspoonfuls onto a greased baking sheet. Bake 8-10 minutes.
Cool on a wire rack.

My Rating: 4/5 "First of all, these are not hermit cookies and I don't know why they have that name. But props to this recipe for being cheap and easy to make. The fudgy moistness of the brownie mix translates to the cookie as well and the nuts and peanut butter make the flavor more robust. A win."
