1 (12-ounce) package refrigerated
buttermilk biscuits
¼ cup pizza sauce
1 ¼ cups shredded mozzarella cheese
1 (3.5-ounce) pkg. Canadian bacon
1 (8-ounce) can pineapple tidbits, drained
½ cup chopped green bell pepper
Heat oven to 400F. Separate biscuits and press each into a 4-inch circle on greased baking sheets. Spread pizza sauce over biscuits.

Bake 12-16 minutes or until cheese is melted and biscuits are golden
brown.

My Rating: 3/5 "This is a weird bunch of things to put together and the flavors don't blend very well. It kind of feels like they're all duking it out in your mouth trying to fight for dominance. I think you could probably roll without the pineapple and the pepper and probably get a better result."
