1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, room
temperature
1 cup crumbled Bleu cheese
1 cup mayonnaise
1 cup sour cream
2/3 cup finely chopped celery
1/3 cup finely chopped sweet onion
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 tsp. celery salt
1 tsp. black pepper
Celery sticks
[Slivered almonds]
Mix all ingredients together in large bowl.
Wonderful complexity already. |
Transfer to a serving bowl; cover with plastic wrap and
refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
Stuff fresh celery sticks with dip and top with
slivered almonds or serve dip with celery sticks and/or other dippers of your
choice.
Served in a flip-flop-shaped dip tray that makes me happy. |
My Rating: 5/5 "I thought this was going to be a bleu cheese deluge, but that flavor is only one component of the overall profile. The seasonings are great and the chopped veggies make the texture fun and varied, especially if you eat it with crackers."
