Cabbage & Beef Soup

1 pound lean ground beef

½ teaspoon garlic salt

¼ teaspoon garlic powder

¼ teaspoon pepper

2 celery stalks, chopped

1 (28-ounce) can tomatoes

1 tomato can of water

4 beef bouillon cubes

1 chopped onion

1 can kidney beans, undrained

½ of a medium head cabbage, chopped

Veggiesssss


In Dutch oven, brown meat; add remaining ingredients. 

Bouillon cubes are just so cute and perfect.


Bring to a boil; reduce heat and simmer for 1 hour.

Soup is such a pretty food.

My Rating: 4/5 "Very nice! I love the consistency of boiled cabbage and this combines that substantial with substantial flavor from the other ingredients. Hooray for red meat splurges, especially when they're otherwise nice and healthy."
