101 Things to Do With a Cake Mix, p. 71
1 yellow cake mix
1 can (29 ounces) sliced peaches with juice
½ to 1 stick butter or margarine, thinly
sliced
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Grease a 9 x 13 inch pan. Spread half of cake mix evenly in bottom of pan.

| Apparently they're called "cling" peaches because the pit inside sticks more than pits in other kind of peaches. |
Pour can of sliced peaches and juice evenly over the
cake mix. Cover the peaches with the rest of the cake mix, then slice the
margarine on top.
Bake 50 minutes, or until golden brown.

My Rating: 4/5 "To be clear, this tastes amazing. I was just flummoxed by the bits that somehow escaped the melting butter and stayed powdered. But if that changed this would be an easy five starts. Quick, easy, and delicious."
