My partner always likes to use his little burger patty squoosher gadget.
Grill or broil until done.

I used turkey, which made for a weird consistency when they were raw but they came out just fine after their time on the grill.
Arrange burgers on buns.

Don't need a lot of fixins when the burgers have their own flavoring!
My Rating: 4/5 "I enjoyed that these were seasoned, especially because I used turkey and that doesn't have as much savoriness as beef on its own. The recipe also makes great big patties. My only complaint was that the bigger bits in the onion soup mix make the texture of the burger weird when it's all mixed together. But if you add other textures like lettuce and tomato then everything comes out ok."
