World of Warcraft: The Official Cookbook, p. 37
2 pounds chicken wings
¼ cup baking powder
¾ cup teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon blackberry jelly
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 teaspoons Sriracha sauce
Preheat the oven to 250F. Line a baking sheet with foil
and place a lightly oiled cooking rack atop that, which will allow the wings to
cook more evenly. Rinse the wings and pat them dry. Combine the baking powder
and salt, then dip the dried wings into the mixture. Brush off any excess, then
place on the rack.

Baking powder draws moisture out of the meat, which makes the wings crispy after baking.
Begin by baking at 250F for 25 minutes, then increase
the heat to 400F. Bake for ad additional 40 minutes, or until the wings have
begun to turn a nice golden brown.
While the wings cook, make the glaze by combining the
jelly, soy sauce, and Sriracha sauce.
When the wings are done, remove from oven and brush on the glaze.

The recipe doesn't make very much glaze. It barely covered all the wings and I only bought like 1.5 lbs. of them.
Return to oven for a final 5 minutes. Allow to cool slightly before
serving.

Served with "What do I have in the crisper that I can stir-fry?"
My Rating: 2/5 "I was so excited for these because the glaze sounded amazing and also it's Leroy Jenkins food. But because there wasn't much glaze to go around we really couldn't taste it in the final product. I dusted off the excess baking powder like the recipe told me to do but it still made the texture kind of gritty. If this is what they eat in the Undercity I'm sticking to Orgrimmar."
