6 flatbreads
1 pound ground beef
1 pound fresh, ground pork sausage
1 onion, chopped
10 ounces mozzarella cheese, cubed
½ cup pizza sauce
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. In a large skillet, brown ground beef and sausage. Mix onion in to the sausage and beef mixture, and saute it until tender. Drain liquid out of skillet. Stir cheese into the mixture. Continue cooking until cheese melts.

| Ok so at this point I had set off the smoke alarm at least three times and my kids were freaking tf out so I just stirred the cheese into the meat and called it good. |
Arrange flatbread on cookie sheets. Spread pizza sauce on flatbread, add mixture. Bake 12 to 15 minutes.

| I used Aldi-brand flatbread and with those you only need four to make this recipe work. |
My Rating: 3/5 "I enjoyed the protein mixture here as well as the fact that the pizzas didn't have a ton of red sauce on them. Other than that these weren't exceptionally remarkable. Easy to make though, and full of meaty-meats!"
