4 cups rice, cooked
1 (8 oz.) pkg. shredded taco blend cheese
1 (15 oz.) can black beans, rinsed
2 avocados, sliced
2 medium tomatoes, diced
1 cup whole kernel corn
½ cup cilantro leaves
2 green onions, thinly sliced
¼ cup sour cream
1 lime, cut into 4 wedges
Divide rice equally into four large serving bowls.
Top each bowl in sections with remaining ingredients
except sour cream and lime wedges.

Serve with lime wedge to squeeze over bowls.
