Corned Beef & Broccoli Potato Topper

½ cup cubed canned corn beef

½ cup steamed broccoli florets

½ cup cheddar cheese sauce

[2 baked potatoes]

For the purposes of saving money, I decided that squeezy cheese is a kind of sauce.


Combine corned beef, broccoli, and cheddar cheese sauce. 

It doesn't look very pretty once it's mixed.


Heat until warm. Spoon mixture over split baked potatoes.

All part of a nice balanced pantry-cleaning dinner.


My Rating: 3/5 "Maybe if I had used a more sophisticated cheese sauce this would have been more exciting. I'm not sure, though, because the corned beef made everything really salty. I think a different broccoli-cheese approach would be really nice on a baked potato, though."
