Centre Cooks, p. 250
8 oz. cream cheese
1 c. mayonnaise
1 pkg. dry Ranch dressing mix
2 pkg. crescent rolls
Broccoli, chopped
Cauliflower, chopped
Carrots, chopped
Purple onions, chopped
Peppers, chopped
Cheddar cheese, shredded
Mozzarella cheese, shredded

I liked that the recipe let you tailor the veggies to taste. I did not include much onion.
Mix cream cheese, mayonnaise and dressing mix to store in refrigerator. Lay rolls flat on a cookie sheet, pressing seams together. Bake 11 minutes. Cool. Spread cheese mixture on top. Sprinkle raw vegetables and cheeses on top.

| I also used more mozzarella than cheddar, because this is (kind of) pizza |
Cut into squares. Refrigerate. Can be made a day ahead.

| Everything you want out of a dip! Except that it's not a dip! |
My Rating: 4/5 "I liked this. It's my understanding that this kind of thing is usually served as an appetizer, but I made meals out of it and enjoyed them. The ranchiness was appealing, and I liked that I could congratulate myself on eating so many vegetables. Now my husband, who is a pizza snob to the nth degree, was personally and morally offended by the existence of this dish and refused to eat more than a couple of bites of it. More for me, I guess."
